Jon Raphael

Jon is Deloitte's US Managing Partner for Business Services and Performance, responsible for the US firm's Shared Services strategy and operations across enabling areas and all businesses. In this role, Jon serves on the US CEO’s Executive Leadership Team and is the chair of the Operating Committee responsible for the firm’s overall operating, technology, and financial performance. 

Jon has diverse leadership experience in finance, transformation, technology, sustainability, change management and training. He also has more than 30 years of financial services, assurance and controls experience, and has served some of Deloitte’s largest multinational public clients in a variety of roles.

Previously, Jon was the US Chief Transformation Officer responsible for driving our firm’s most critical and complex transformation priorities. He led US Sustainability, Climate & Equity and was National Managing Partner for Assurances Services where he led Deloitte’s strategy, accelerators, and client service delivery of sustainability services across all our businesses. Jon was also National Managing Partner for Audit Transformation, leading a large team focused on reimagining the end-to-end audit experience through our Omnia technology platform.
