Ioana Lucia Georgescu-Mureșanu

Ioana has been part of the legal team in Reff & Associates for the past three years, assisting clients primarily in the Real Estate & Construction practice.
She provides legal assistance in all matters pertaining to the real estate and construction fields, being involved in all phases of real estate transactions, including structuring of the transaction, due diligence, drafting and negotiation. Her areas of expertise also include the field of construction law, including FIDIC-based contracts, offering advice with respect to the drafting, negotiation and performance of construction contracts, as well as analysis and preparation of claims.
