She is mainly experienced in evaluating and documenting the business requirements, acting like a liaison between the Client and the development team.

She delivered several CRM projects regardless of technology stack used; starting from Salesforce ending up with fully custom solutions. Oana is leading and developing the Salesforce Practice in Romania with clear focus on Salesforce CRM.
