Oana Buhaescu

With an extensive knowledge of auditing and advisory services for more than 13 years, Oana is an Audit Director as well as Deputy Professional Practice Director (PPD) for Deloitte Romania and responsible for the coordination of the Cluj Napoca office audit team. Oana’s portfolio is mostly dual reporting - Romanian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and she has experience in US GAAP and SOX audits. In addition to the financial audit engagements, Oana was involved in due diligence projects, market research and business plans, as well as advisory services. She is a member of Romanian Chambers of Auditors (CAFR), a member of Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR), as well as ACCA member and a certified fiscal consultant.
