Raluca Bâldea

Raluca is a Tax Partner, specialized in Indirect tax. Currenlty she is the Retail & Consumer Products Industry Leader in Deloitte Romania.

Raluca has been involved in assisting local and multinational companies in projects such as: tax structuring and tax business re-modelling, tax digitalization, tax advisory, tax litigation and tax representation.

Raluca is assisting clients with tax solutions across industries on tax matters, her recent focus being on business tax transformation and tax digitalization for large companies.

Raluca is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants holds an Executive MBA from Vienna University.
