Radu Kubinschi

Radu leads the Structural funds & State Aid service line. In his position, Radu developed a strong practice in providing assistance mainly to public institutions with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of structural and cohesion funds absorption. He also advises on the elaboration of the operational programmes for the new programming period 2014 – 2020 in projects financed either from the structural instruments or financed by EBRD.
