Ekaterina has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer and compliance officer in major international companies in Russia and abroad.
Ekaterina has extensive experience with personal data regulations in Russia and the European Union (GDPR), data processing obligations of operators, including cross-border transfers, structuring information flows between international group companies, preparing companies for scheduled and unscheduled inspections by supervisory authorities, and risk management automation for personal data.
A recognised expert in antitrust regulation, Ekaterina advises clients on all aspects of Russian antitrust law, including assessment and minimisation of antitrust risks, development and implementation of antimonopoly compliance systems.
Ekaterina has extensive experience in advising large companies across economy sectors on commercial law. She provides legal support to Russian and foreign clients operating in the automotive, consumer goods, and retail sectors.
Ekaterina is a recognised expert in Labour Law (the Best Lawyers international ranking) and Compliance Practice in Russia (Kommersant’s ranking).
Ekaterina is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Ekaterina holds a Russian law degree and an LLM from The University of Law, London.
