Within our portfolio Enterprise Technology & Performance we help clients in transforming their business and get the best value within the areas Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and IT operations. We work together with our client throughout the whole journey, starting with strategy development and ending up in an implementation of new ways of working and new supporting systems, many times based on SAP. We combine our local knowledge and established methodologies with experts from our global network of 340 000 colleagues around the world to provide tailored support for our clients.
As a junior management consultant you will have the opportunity to work in one of the following teams.
Finance & Performance
We guide CFO’s in developing the strategic direction for their Finance organization as well as advise and support in the design and execution of finance transformations to achieve strategic objectives. This includes optimizing Finance through efficient organizations, processes, systems and data flows that:
- Reflect business transactions and create foundational inputs for financial analysis
- Enable state of the art integrated performance management and planning capabilities that support data driven decision making and execution on strategic objectives
- Establish efficient, modern and innovative technology environments through which finance processes are executed
Technology Strategy & Transformation
We work with Tech leaders to bridge business strategy with technology and shape technology vision as a catalyst for change for the broader business at the very tip of the spear for our clients. We support our clients to set the overall technology direction, help define target state and prepare the roadmap for the transformation. We co-create with our clients to shape and operate technology in a world of exponential change, focusing on our technical breadth and expertise to advise Tech Leaders, which is complemented by our ability to deliver transformations at scale. Increasing value from day-to-day technology operations, our teams support clients across the IT ecosystem in areas such as cost reduction, tech operating model design, governance, M&A and selecting and managing outsourced solutions.
We help companies with business transformation enabled through SAP technology. We provide deep process understanding to help clients optimize business models leveraging our expertise within S/4HANA. Throughout our projects we work with our clients to ensure that they can realize the full business value out of an S/4HANA transformation by contributing with value through our competencies within transformation, processes and business model optimization as well as leading expertise within the SAP suite. In our engagements we work together with our clients starting from the early stage with S/4HANA Journey planning and business case modeling throughout implementation and roll-out of large scale transformation projects.
