What we look for
You are about to finish your master’s degree from either a business school, a tech university or a university (e.g economics) as one of the best in your class (top 5%). Potentially, already gained strategy consulting experience from a top-tier management consulting firm.
You possess a mix of strong analytical skills, a structured way of thinking, and a winning personality. As a person, you are honest, courageous, and curious.
How we work
Titles are not what drives our daily collaboration – we believe in situational rather than formal hierarchies and we believe that the ability to be generous with our individual knowledge and to share it with others is what creates new perspectives.
We Work closely in teams and you will learn from many different colleagues depending on your current project assigment.

The interview process
Our interview process consists of three elements:
- Four personal interviews split over two day
- A reasoning test
- A personality test
The interviews will give you the opportunity to learn more about Monitor Deloitte and for us to learn more about you – your motivation and interests.
You will be introduced to a written case and several oral cases during the four interviews.
From time to time, we host a two-day boot camp where you will have the opportunity to meet many of our consultants and talk with them about life as a consultant at Monitor Deloitte. The next Monitor Deloitte Bootcamp will be hosted in Spring 2018. More information to be announced.
