The OECD and the EU publishes draft rules for Pillar Two

Following the agreement on the Two Pillar Initiative, the OECD released its model rules on 20 December 2021. Shortly thereafter, on 22 December 2021, the EU Commission released its proposal for the implementation of Pillar Two. Both documents can be accessed through the links below:
