Jaime Valenzuela

Jaime is the leader of the Human Capital practice in Chile and is the Americas HC leader. He has over 25 years’ experience in areas of Business and HR Strategy. Jaime has led projects related to HR strategy and alignment, organization design, workforce analysis and optimization, change management and culture, and compensation strategy alignment. During his career he has also served senior executives in national and multinational companies, with responsibilities at regional level.
