Tom van Eerd

Tom is a Senior Manager working in the Human Capital practice. His interest in the impact of organizations on people and vice versa led him to the field of Human Resources, in which he has developed a broad experience over the last thirteen years.

Tom leads the Workforce Transformation team in Sweden which supports clients on topics like Pay Equity, Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics and the ‘talent domain’ focusing on Learning, Recruitment, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits. Tom has worked in include power and utilities, professional services, financial services, construction and education.
