Dr. Yuanto Kusnadi
Associate Professor (Education), School of Accountancy 
Singapore Management University

Dr. Yuanto Kusnadi is an Associate Professor (Education) at the School of Accountancy of the Singapore Management University. Dr. Kusnadi has over ten years’ of teaching experience in accounting for entrepreneurs, financial management, analytics for financial instruments, and experiential learning through real-consultancy projects. He has been doing research on issues in corporate finance, accounting, and corporate governance for international firms; as well as experiential & innovative teaching pedagogy. His research papers have been published in prestigious international journals such as Journal of Business, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics, Finance Research Letters, Journal of Financial Research, Review of Pacific-Basin Financial Markets and Policies, and Journal of Asia Business Studies. He served on the program selection committee of several international conferences. His research has also been profiled in The Straits Times, The Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao, SGSME, Perspectives@SMU, the New Paper, Asian Scientist, and the CFA Digest.

Adrian is a Senior Partner at the law firm, Lee & Lee, and is Head of the Corporate Department there. He is a member of the Legal Service Commission, which is a body constituted pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Directors and the SGX has appointed him to its Catalist Advisory Panel to review Catalist Sponsor and Registered Professional applications.

He has been a Board member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) and currently serves on ACRA’s Corporate Law Advisory Panel. In addition, he is a Council member of the Law Society of Singapore and co-chairs the Corporate Governance and Regulations Interest Group of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Singapore Management University’s Enterprise Board, the Institutional Review Board of the Singapore Polytechnic and is an independent director on the boards of several publicly listed companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Charles Koh

Charles is the Chief Digital Officer of Sembcorp Industries. He drives the Group’s digitalisation journey, focused on efforts to build and scale key digital capabilities across the Group’s businesses.

Charles has 25 years of experience digitalising businesses in various senior roles across the energy, financial, hospitality, logistics and consulting sectors in companies such as Temasek Holdings, McKinsey & Company and PepsiCo. Prior to Sembcorp, Charles led the Future Ready and Future of Work platforms at DBS Bank, a leading financial services group in Asia. He was also responsible for 5G, blockchain and IoT applications in cross-industry ecosystems and digital fulfilment via Conversational Artificial Intelligence at the bank. He also founded a tech start-up which he took to profitability

Ming Yow

Ming is an experienced Board Member and Senior Executive Management team member with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, cloud and digital technology industry. She started her career in the info-communications and telecommunications (ICT) industry with SingTel and moving on to Global ICT Companies (with HQ in US, UK, India, China). She is constantly looking at ways to support the community, future generations and the environment.

Highly driven, results-oriented leader with high EQ and extremely strong people skills; bringing team members from diverse backgrounds, culture and experiences together, motivating and driving team members towards achieving common objectives.

Internationally exposed in various industries (service industry, hospitality industry, oil & gas, pharmaceutical industry, technology industry, etc), culturally and digitally savvy, Ming has the global and local (“glocal”) understanding and experience to contribute effectively to the company’s growth strategy by developing and executing corporate strategic review and execute transformation process to help company’s growth acceleration.

Ming is extremely passionate about inclusion and diversity, helping others and giving back to society. She is an active volunteer at non-profit organizations and supporting multiple foundations and associations on a global basis.

David leads the Risk Advisory practice in Singapore and Southeast Asia, and has more than 20 years’ experience providing risk management advisory, internal audit and corporate restructuring services. Prior to entering professional services, he was with a law enforcement agency specialising in commercial and financial crime. David’s main practice areas in the last 10 years were in risk governance, integrated audit, regulatory control assessment/remediation, control rationalisation and compliance advisory in relation to the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance, selected Monetary Authority of Singapore Guidelines and SGX-ST Listing Rules. He has worked on engagements across Asia Pacific and his major clients were in the financial services and public sectors.

Seah Gek Choo

Gek Choo brings with her more than 25 years of experience in public accounting in Singapore, with a focus on serving multinational and local companies in the real estate and hospitality industries. She has advised many companies on initial public offerings on the Singapore Exchange and has facilitated external seminars on updates to financial reporting standards and initial public offerings. 

Gek Choo is part of the Singapore Real Estate team and is the Talent Leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia. She leads the Deloitte Southeast Asia and Singapore’s Centre for Corporate Governance, which develops advance thinking and promotes dialogues with key influences, business leaders, corporations and their boards of directors, investors, the accounting profession, academia and government on current and emerging corporate governance issues. She is also the leader for Deloitte Singapore’s SheXO Program, which supports the personal and professional development of established, emerging or aspiring women leaders by creating a supportive environment for them to connect, grow and drive change in communities to advance women in leadership.

She is a faculty member of the Deloitte University Asia Pacific and conducts leadership programme for Deloitte leaders in the Asia Pacific region. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a member of ISCA, as well as Fellow Member of CPA Australia.
