Last revised: 5th October 2024

Introduction

Deloitte.com is comprised of various individual global, country, regional, or practice specific websites, each of which is provided by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited ("DTTL") or one of its member firms or their related entities (collectively, the "Deloitte Network"). These individual websites are designated in the upper right hand corner of each webpage. Please see About Deloitte for a more detailed description of the Deloitte Network.

Who does this Privacy Statement apply to?

This Privacy Statement applies only to Deloitte in Singapore (“we”, “us” or “our”), which includes Deloitte & Touche LLP and its related entities in Singapore.

What does this Privacy Statement cover?

We are a privacy conscious global organisation. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, store and disclose and transfer personal information when you use “this Website” or provide personal information to us through “this Website”.

When we refer to “this Website”, we are referring to specific webpages associated with Deloitte Singapore. This includes:

  • Pages accessed using the www.deloitte.com URL that are labelled as "Location: Singapore" in the upper right hand corner;
  • Pages, blogs, forums, wikis or other social media applications associated with Deloitte Singapore; and
  • Communications issued by Deloitte Singapore that link directly to this Privacy Statement.

Are all areas of this Website covered by this Privacy Statement?

Certain areas of this Website may have separate privacy statements that apply to personal information collected via those pages (e.g., recruitment). A separate statement may be applicable because of the nature of the personal information being collected (for example, information collected during the recruitment process) and to provide additional detail about how we handle information collected via those pages.

What about the privacy policies of other Deloitte network firms?

The Deloitte member firms, and their related entities, are located all over the world and are subject to the privacy laws of the particular country or countries in which they operate. As a result, other entities within the Deloitte Network may have their own privacy statement governing the handling of any personal information they collect. Importantly, the websites of other Deloitte member firms or their related entities, as well as other websites that may be linked to this Website, are not governed by this Privacy Statement.

We encourage visitors to review each of these other website's privacy statements before disclosing any personal information.

By using this Website and providing personal information to us, you are agreeing to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement.
