I lead a simple life outside of work, and I am very grateful for my family and my two young daughters. 
 

Family is very important to me. I believe that when your family and personal life are well taken care of, you can be fulfilled, fuelled and focused on succeeding professionally. 
 

At Deloitte, we support working parents to succeed in life and at work. It is in the same spirit that I extend that same invaluable support that I have received to my team members when it comes to family matters.   
 

It is never easy to juggle between a young family and a career in a fast-paced environment such as Deloitte. I am very thankful to have the support not just from my immediate manager and Deloitte partners, but also my own Audit Analytics team. They are instrumental in empowering and enabling me to balance my family and work roles well. I get to enjoy being a dad while being at the forefront of the technological changes happening in Audit Analytics as Deloitte adopts more innovative ways to perform audits.   
 

Regardless of how busy or overwhelming it gets at work, I would always make an effort to spend time with my family, even if it is for dinner. Small, simple gestures make a big difference, and it is in spending the time with those who matter most in my life that makes this all worthwhile.
