The SheXO Young Leaders Challenge

Organised by Deloitte Singapore’s SheXO Program, in collaboration with United Women Singapore.

Inspire and drive change towards workplace inclusion and equal opportunities. Examine real-life issues and share your solutions to current challenges and stand to win a mentored internship experience with Deloitte or one of our supporting organisations.


The Young Leaders Challenge welcomes entries from any female undergraduates passionate about making a positive impact for women in the workplace.


The challenge comprises of two rounds:


Preliminary round


Students are presented with a challenge question, and are tasked to come up with a solution addressing the challenge. Students will have six weeks to create a report on their solution. The reports will be assessed by Deloitte, and shortlisted candidates will be notified in September. 


Final round


Shortlisted candidates will proceed to the final round, where they will present their solutions to a panel of judges.

Winners of the SheXO Young Leaders Challenge 2024 stand to win the following prizes:

 

  • Paid internship at Deloitte or our Supporting organisations (at least 10 weeks)
  • Mentorship with a senior leader from the same organisation
  • Acknowledgement as the ‘SheXO Woman of Impact 2024’ on Deloitte’s and their respective universities’ channels and a winner’s certificate
  • SGD $500 cash prize
  • Access to Deloitte events and networking opportunities

The SheXO Young Leaders Challenge is open to female students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in any Singapore university, in any field of study. All candidates are to participate in an individual capacity.

20 June Release of case materials to confirmed registrants
31 July Deadline for case study submission
September Shortlisted candidates are notified to proceed to the final round
October Winners of the SheXO Young Leaders Challenge are announced
