Bernard Sin

Bernard serves as the Executive Director for Deloitte Southeast Asia Technology & Transformation’s Energy, Resources & Industrial sector. His primary focus lies in driving revenue through Deloitte's Artificial Intelligence and Data offerings. In addition, Bernard has initiated and currently leads Deloitte Consulting's Sustainability Practice. His portfolio includes acting as the Lead Client Services Partner for major players in the SEA region.

Bernard specialises in overseeing substantial system integration projects for multinational petroleum and chemical corporations, along with supply chain initiatives. His expertise lies in digital transformation, project management, supply chain management, business process reengineering, and solution engineering. Past engagements encompass clients across the energy and industrial spectrum.

Before joining Deloitte, Bernard accumulated a decade of experience at a joint-venture oil refinery. His roles spanned Energy and Hydrocarbon Loss Control Manager, Operation Process Area Manager, Process Engineer, and Environment Engineer.
