Gayal leads the Deloitte Singapore Business Process Solutions practice that specialises in accounting; bookkeeping and payroll processing services; and contract personnel support services.

He has over 18 years of experience in assisting multinational and local clients with statutory compliance requirements and in maintaining a high client service quality. Gayal also assists clients to effectively and efficiently manage back-office costs by leveraging on market-leading technology.

Gayal acts as the subject matter specialist in Deloitte Singapore for employer-related Central Provident Fund (CPF) compliance matters. His other areas of specialization include business process documentation, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) conversions, and preparation of statutory financials statements.
