Tay Hwee Ling

Hwee Ling is an Audit Partner of Deloitte Singapore. She is also Leader of Global IFRS & Offerings Services of Singapore (2017) & Southeast Asia (2018), and most recently leading the Disruptive Events Assurance (DEA) for Singapore and Southeast Asia. She has more than 19 years of public accounting experience in Singapore.

She has been actively involved in a variety of outbound and inbound fund raising/listing projects serving multinational clients such as Credit Bureau Asia Limited, TS Wonders Holding Limited, Accordia Golf Trust, Cromwell EREIT, Geo Energy, Healthscope Group as well as many Chinese-based companies such as Legion Consortium Limited, Yanlord Land Group Limited and Dasin Retail Trust.

She specialises and has extensive experience in reporting accountant services for initial public offerings (IPO) and international offerings of bonds/notes. She assists numerous companies to list on the SGX and HKSE as well as provides IPO technical and compliance support to engagement teams within Deloitte Singapore.

She is a frequent speaker at numerous IPO seminars across the region, and has worked closely with IPO aspirants in their preparation for capital market transactions.

Hwee Ling is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Certified Public Accountant of Australia.
