With over 20 years of experience serving local and multinational financial institutions across the region, Kenneth leads the IT Audit, IT Asset Management, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Third Party Assurance (TPA) services for Deloitte Southeast Asia and Singapore. He is also proficient in IT regulatory compliance and IT control assurance.

Kenneth has collaborated with technology service providers and major financial institutions, including banks, asset management companies, reinsurance brokers, insurance firms, retail brokerage houses, and foreign/institutional stockbrokers. His expertise includes advising clients on third-party risk management, reviewing outsourcing and TPRM governance frameworks, and delivering IT regulatory compliance services aligned with country-specific requirements and best practices.
