He started his career in the Internal Audit function of a Fortune 1000 insurance company and has over 12 years of insurance experience working in several life and general insurance companies in various operational positions. Nickson has also worked in 2 leading mid size professional firm, and was responsible for leading and managing the risk advisory services.
