Organizational Design

Our organizational design services offer our clients many different types of support including the design of organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities, competencies, and performance criteria. It also encompasses the design of the authorization model.

The preliminary stage of organizational design, i.e. the assessment stage, examines the effectiveness of key factors in regard to the performance of the organization such as strategy, structure, human resources, performance, process and technology.

In the organization design process, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) studies are conducted to craft the authorization model. RACI is a technique which identifies the key activities, decision-making focal points, and decision-makers involved in the activities.
