Gökhan Altun, Partner

Gökhan Altun is a partner in Deloitte’s Istanbul office, where he leads business valuation, disputes and financial modelling services. As part of his role, he has specialized in quantification of damage claims in international commercial and investment disputes, contentious valuations, expert determinations, and shareholder disputes. Gökhan has been testifying and providing opinions for quantification of damages in connection with international arbitrations or litigations relating to international or local disputes.

Gökhan has joined Deloitte in 2001. He began with 4 years of experience in the audit practice. Subsequently he transferred to the corporate finance practice in 2006. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in business valuation and financial due diligence engagements. His experience includes a one-year secondment at Deloitte Netherlands, Amsterdam office between November 2008 and November 2009, where he had deeply specialized in the fields of business valuation. After his return to Istanbul in November 2009, he is leading the valuation team in Deloitte Turkey, where he conducted hundreds of valuation, purchase price allocation, financial modelling, financial model review, and dispute engagements.
