Amber Li is international tax partner based in Deloitte Taipei office. Amber Li joined Deloitte in 2005 and has more than 20 years working experiences in financial industries, audit and tax advisory. Amber Li focuses on cross boarder tax advisory, coordinates with Deloitte’s worldwide member firms for inbound and outbound investment structure planning and implementation, advice preferential tax saving opportunities, performs tax due diligence service for cross-border M&A projects, provides transfer pricing documentation/consultation service and tax provision services. In reaction to global anti tax avoidance trend, Amber provides services related to OECD BEPS action plan such as Pillar 1/Pillar 2 and CFC implementation in Taiwan. In addiction,   Amber also assisted Taiwan financial institutions in implementation of FATCA/CRS/QI.
