Jason Liu

Jason Liu is currently the Executive Vice President of Assurance of Deloitte Taiwan, mainly responsible for the Accounting Operations Assurance services. He joined Deloitte & Touche in June 1998. He has been providing service to high-tech companies in Science-Based Industrial Park specializing in semiconductor, flexible printed circuits, thin-film transistor displays manufacturing companies, and construction companies, etc., and as well as new company establishment and capital structure advisory, issuing domestic company and foreign issuer’s initial public offering （IPO）, global depository receipt（GDR） and euro convertible bond （ECB） assistance.
