Kelly Chuang

Kelly Chuang is a tax partner of Deloitte Taiwan with over 30 years of professional experience in corporate and individual tax. Before joining the Taiwan firm, she had 8 years of experience in investigating corporate income tax, individual income tax, and gift and estate tax in the National Tax Administration of Taipei. Kelly provides a wide range of services to both multinational clients and domestic clients as well as high net worth individuals. She has extensive experience in providing clients with tax advisories, tax refunds, company incorporation, and tax compliance and works closely with Deloitte member firms on multinational clients. Kelly has been recognized as a tax leader in the 2019 to 2024 “International Tax Review’s Women in Tax Leaders Guides”
