Oscar Shih

Mr. Shih is currently the partner of Deloitte & Touche in Taiwan ("D&T") and the leader of GISA, GTSM started Incubation Board for Startup and Acceleration Firms. He joined D&T in 1995 as an audit staff and became a partner in 2006. Besides the auditing service, Mr. Shih performs consulting service to the client to be listed in Taiwan Stock Market and wins good reputation from his clients.
