Beginning 2006, She has been the leader of IFRS Expert Task Force of Deloitte Taiwan where she assists client partners in developing, educating and promoting IFRS implementation projects. Currently Shirley Chiang is the designated speaker in Accounting topics for Securities and Futures Bureau, Taiwan Corporate Governance Association, Taiwan Stock Exchange and various other institutions.
