She has experience in auditing, industry, securities, consulting and other institutions, and has served in the field of finance, accounting, taxation, and customs affairs. She has been engaged in related professions for more than 25 years and has considerable practical experience.
She is currently responsible for inheritance services of private enterprise, planning of IPO structure and operating process, tax services of corporate M&A structure, consulting of group effective tax rate, transfer pricing, and Ministry of Economic Affairs Investment Review Department services.
