The breadth of opportunities offered by Deloitte means that there is a range of different methods we have in place to ensure that the selection process is conducted fairly and accurately. In general, the selection process consists of the following stages:
Initial selection – If you are placing your application on our online portal, your CV is submitted to a recruitment specialist who is working with this vacancy. The specialists will assess your experience for compliance with the requirements of the position (to which you have applied via our Careers page). The more information you provide that demonstrates your compliance with the open vacancy, the better we can assess you suitability for this role.
Testing – Considering the specifics of some of our positions, sometimes we need to conduct a practical assessment of your skills and experience in terms of their compliance. Testing can be represented by the psychometric evaluation, assessment of your skills or solving of business cases.
Interview – Our interviews are based on determining the level of competence and are conducted by trained specialists. It can be a recruiter or a manager of one of the Deloitte’s departments. For you this meeting represents a great opportunity to ask all important questions.
Final interview – Usually, you will have a meeting with a Leader of that function for which you have submitted your application for the final assessment of your candidature.
