• Preparation for procurement through, in particular, researching the market for products (goods / works / services) that the client intends to purchase, drafting documentation on the procurement procedure
• Checking of the parties involved in the procurement process, their corporate status / structure, business reputation
• Review of compliance with the requirements of the client's procurement documentation, internal regulations and general procurement principles at all stages of the procurement process
• Development of the client's internal regulations on procurement under the client's internal procedures

Consulting on currency control and banking operations:

• Consulting on various issues relating to currency control, including applicable legal restrictions on performing foreign exchange transactions
• Legal support during the separate foreign exchange transactions (payment of dividends, repayment of investments to a foreign investor, payment under intragroup service agreements, etc.), including:
  • Analysis of foreign exchange transactions from currency control perspective
  • Preparation of the documents required
  • Communication with the servicing bank

Unfair competition and antitrust laws: 

• Consulting on various issues relating to antitrust laws
• Obtaining of permits for concentration and concerted actions from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU)
• Obtaining of the AMCU's previous conclusions on compliance of actions / agreements with the Law on the protection of economic competition
