Deloitte recognized as one of the most attractive employers, according to the World’s Most Attractive Employers 2019
Deloitte has been named among the top leading employers in the World’s Most Attractive Employers, an annual ranking released by American company Universum.
In this rating, the companies are assessed by their attractiveness to young professionals. For 11 consecutive years, Deloitte has been included in the rating, ranking fourth among 50 organizations this year.
“Deloitte Ukraine treats its employer brand with great respect and responsibility, especially when it concerns young people. Over the past year, the company opened its doors to over 200 new employees, of whom a third were graduates and students, and a quarter were interns. We see this as a sign of trust and desire to start a career path in our company,” says Inna Stiupan, Talent Business Partner at Deloitte Ukraine.
In the World's Most Attractive Employers 2019, Google was ranked first again, for the tenth year in a row, with Apple rounding off the top five world's most attractive employers.

Universum is an analytical research and consulting firm specialized in employer branding. For 11 years, it releases the ranking of employers that are most desired by Business and Engineering/IT Students.
To form the rating, Universum conducts surveys to analyze the industries and employment attributes in-demand among young people choosing an employer. This year, 247,235 young professionals from 12 countries participated in the research.
