Dmytro Pavlenko

Partner, Attorney-at-Law, Head of Tax & Legal

Dmytro Pavlenko is a Partner and the Head of Tax & Legal Department in Deloitte Ukraine. He is leading Legal and Business Processes and Solutions (BPS) practices. He has PhD in Law and is Attorney-at-Law.

Dmytro has an extensive experience working as a lawyer specializing in support of M&A deals and advising clients on corporate, contract, antimonopoly and labor law.

He also focuses on public sector including lawmaking and infrastructure projects and leads the industrial group “Infrastructure” at Deloitte Ukraine. He is the author of many scientific and practical publications in the field of law.

Olha Bondarenko

Manager, Tax & Legal

Olha joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2014 and has gained a considerable experience in accounting and taxation. She specializes in payroll outsourcing, financial and tax reporting projects, as well as accounting and tax advisory services for international and Ukrainian companies:

• Full-scope payroll services (payroll outsourcing and payroll review), payroll automation
• Tax and accounting compliance support for various clients in air transport, telecommunications and manufacturing, representative offices of international companies in Ukraine, and others
• Assistance to the clients during tax and HR audits
• Tax and accounting advisory (including payroll related issues)

Anastasiya Ostrovets

Manager, Tax & Legal

Anastasiya joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2017 and has an extensive experience in accounting and taxation. She specializes in accounting outsourcing, financial and tax reporting projects, as well as accounting and tax advisory services for multinational and Ukrainian companies, including:

• Full-scope accounting services (outsourcing of accounting for settlements with buyers and customers, accounting for fixed assets and inventories, VAT, etc.)
• Preparation of financial and tax reports for international and Ukrainian companies
• Tax and accounting compliance support for various technology sector clients, representative offices of international companies in Ukraine, and other clients
• Preparation and support during the company’s audit
• Tax and accounting advisory (including matters related to reflecting of transactions in the reporting)

Maryna Vatsenko

Manager, Tax & Legal

Maryna joined Deloitte team in 2018. She has over 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including VAT administration.

Maryna specializes in financial and tax accounting services for Ukrainian companies under the Ukrainian Accounting Standards (UAS):

• Ongoing accounting services in day-to-day activities
• Electronic VAT administration
• Preparing and reviewing the financial, statistical, and tax reports
• Support of tax audits by tax authorities
• Tax and accounting advisory
