Partner, Tax & Legal
Andriy Servetnyk is a Partner of Tax & Legal. Since 2002, he has been working for Deloitte and is now in charge of International Tax and Deloitte Private. Andriy is a Certified Attorney-at-Law, specializing in corporate law, investment planning, M&A transactions and business restructuring. For private individual customers, Andriy with his team deal with issues relating to asset and investment protection, taxation and financial reporting, as well as inheritance and protection of the family interests.
Andriy’s clients chiefly represent various fields, such as the agricultural sector, food products processing and beverage production, as well as software development and manufacturing.
Natalia Rudenko
Senior Manager, Tax & Legal
Natalia Rudenko is a Senior Manager in Tax & Legal Department, International Taxation Group, Attorney. Natalia has over 15 years of experience providing services in corporate law and international taxation to local and international clients. She specializes in intellectual property, investment planning, tax restructuring of multinational and Ukrainian companies, and customs consulting, advices to individuals who are owners of the Groups of companies on planning personal asset holding.
Mariia Sybyriakova
Senior Manager, Tax & Legal
Mariia joined Deloitte in 2010 and has gained a considerable experience in Ukrainian and international tax. Mariia holds a degree in law and specializes in consulting on restructuring of international operations of companies, taxation of non-resident transactions, and providing advice to high-net-worth individuals: business owners, entrepreneurs, company executives and their family members. For private clients, Mariia deals with asset and investment protection, taxation, inheritance, and protection of family interests.
Svitlana Tutovska
Senior Manager, Tax & Legal
Svitlana Tutovska joined Deloitte in 2008 where she started her career at the position of a Manager in Deloitte’s Tax & Legal. She specializes in taxation-related advisory to employers and individuals. Svitlana participates in advisory engagements focused on personal income taxation advisory. Her practice embraces such areas as immigration support to individuals, consultancy on labor relations structuring and personnel management, reimbursements, social welfare payments, implementation of personnel incentive programs as well as global staff relocation for Ukrainian companies and foreign residents.
