Partner, Tax & Legal

Andriy Servetnyk is a Partner of Tax & Legal. Andriy has been with Deloitte since 2002 and is now in charge of International Tax, and Global Employer Services.

Andriy also leads Deloitte Private practice, which offers services to high net-worth individuals, private companies, and family businesses.
Andriy and his team specialize, inter alia, in complex international business restructuring, investment structuring, and cross-border transactions. Andriy advises high-net-worth individuals on asset and investment protection, personal income tax and reporting, controlled foreign companies, succession planning, and family asset protection.

Svitlana Tutovska

Senior Manager, Tax & Legal

Svitlana Tutovska joined Deloitte in 2008 where she started her career at the position of a Manager in Deloitte’s Tax & Legal. She specializes in taxation-related advisory to employers and individuals. Svitlana participates in advisory engagements focused on personal income taxation advisory. Her practice embraces such areas as immigration support to individuals, consultancy on labor relations structuring and personnel management, reimbursements, social welfare payments, implementation of personnel incentive programs as well as global staff relocation for Ukrainian companies and foreign residents.

Katrina Mafardzhe

Assistant Manager, Tax & Legal

Katrina is an Assistant Manager at the Tax and Legal Department, Global Employer Services.

A lawyer by background, Katrina provides advice on personal income tax, social insurance, employment and payroll structuring, and long-term incentive programs for employees. Katrina has extensive hands-on experience in applying tax legislation and advising on tax implications for globally relocated employees, income received by such employees, etc. She specializes in assisting large companies and private clients with preparing and submitting tax returns for individuals.
