Iryna Rotashniuk

Iryna joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2016 and is engaged in projects related to the provision of tax advisory services to Ukrainian and multinational companies.

Iryna has experience working on various projects, including tax support of audits, M&A tax support, tax structuring, and engagements in the sphere of tax consulting on a wide range of issues, as well as separate issues identified by clients, transfer pricing projects, and tax reviews. She specializes in providing direct and indirect tax consulting services for companies spanning multiple industries, including retail, technology, energy, manufacturing, and other sectors.
