Iaroslav is Director in Audit & Assurance Department at Deloitte Ukraine. He has more than 15 years of professional experience, primarily focusing on food and agriculture sector.
Since 2020, Iaroslav is Head of Food Processing and Agriculture (FPA) Industry Group at Deloitte Ukraine and his primary responsibilities include successful business development, cross-functional and cross-border cooperation, building relations with the market, knowledge sharing, risk management and service excellence.
Iaroslav possesses extensive experience in providing audit, advisory and consulting services to enterprises in food and agrarian sectors covering a whole value chain.
Iaroslav led a significant number of benchmarking studies and industry research projects, both for the key farming enterprises in Ukraine and for internal Deloitte efforts.
He also led projects for the Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine, served as an expert on the Ministry’s task forces.
Iaroslav is business account manager and lead engagement partner for several biggest agricultural holdings in Ukraine.
Beyond the agricultural sector he led numerous audit engagements and financial statements reviews in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP, prepared financial statements for large Ukrainian companies, participated in consulting projects on the implementation of reporting systems in accordance with IFRS, provided advisory on internal control systems and participated in several capital market transactions from audit side (IPO on WSE and placements of eurobonds on Euronext).
