Oleksandr Biriukov

Oleksandr joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2019. He has extensive experience in international taxation, particularly in projects related to structuring of international and large Ukrainian groups of companies, tax support of international transactions, investment planning, and establishing a presence abroad (setting up companies and trusts, assistance with opening of bank accounts, etc.).

Oleksandr’s second area of expertise is providing support to Deloitte’s private clients, specifically with tax residency determination and taxation of individuals in Ukraine and abroad, with a particular focus on the application of controlled foreign company (CFC) rules.
