Anupama Kothapalli
USI Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader
Anupama has more than ten years of experience with Deloitte and has continuously challenged herself with new roles and responsibilities. Currently, she is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leader at Deloitte US-India Offices (USI). In her role, Anupama is committed to building a diverse workforce and creating a culture of inclusivity. She is working from the ground up to create equitable opportunities that lead to measurable impact. In her journey with Deloitte, she has also successfully helped shape the Learning & Development landscape of the USI organization and been involved with cross-business high-impact projects.
