Priscilla Mary Francis

Priscilla has been with Deloitte for 10 years now. Currently, she serves as an Associate Vice President for our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts in USI. She is constantly driven by Deloitte’s culture of providing opportunities, creating equity and a sense of belonging for everyone. She was crucial in introducing new priority areas to USI DEI, and instrumental in helping develop Self-ID for USI. Her specialization lies in DEI Strategy, Talent Operations & Risk management.
