Within our banking and capital markets offering, we work closely with our clients to ensure they are supported through key transitions such as quality transformation, digital transformation, migration and regulatory change.

One of our key areas of focus is helping our clients with the significant regulatory changes and impacts around LIBOR and the introduction of SONIA. This presents significant risk to organisations implementing these changes particularly in updating systems and protocols on existing and legacy financial products.

We have deep experience in Wealth Management platform implementations having supported two of the UK’s largest such recent programmes.

We have been heavily influential in driving greater flexibility and responsiveness to key challenges such as digital transformation, legacy system management and recently supporting healthcare clients in the response to COVID-19.

Our flagship implementations include the use of CI/CD pipelines with test automation to dramatically reduce the time taken to deploy to production in a consistent, robust and high quality manner. End-to-end release process times have reduced by up to 93%, and fortnightly releases can now ‘release-on-demand.’

Our team includes a large number of security cleared professionals, enabling us to work closely with the client and bring the right level of expertise to each engagement.
