CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 13, 2016—Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Konikoff Dental Associates, Inc. (KDA) in its affiliation with Dental Care Alliance LLC (DCA), a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, LP. The transaction closed Oct. 7, 2016.

Headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, KDA is a leading provider of a full suite of comprehensive dental services, providing an array of general dentistry services to adults and children as well as select specialty dentistry services such as endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
