DCF’s Strategic Growth Services (SGS) are designed to assist private equity portfolio companies seeking growth through acquisitions. We combine highly trained business development professionals with our industry-focused investment banking teams to help portfolio companies identify, contact, qualify and connect with potential acquisition candidates within desired industry sub-verticals in a targeted and value-driven manner.
Our SGS professionals identify potential acquisition targets of all types, from subsidiaries of domestic public corporations to privately-owned companies. While information on large public companies is readily available, it can be difficult to identify, assess, and qualify potential acquisition targets that are private or outside of your geography – this is where SGS leads.
