Hector Calzada

Hector is a managing director with Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF). Hector has extensive experience advising management and boards of directors on complex transaction situations affecting shareholder value. He has been engaged by clients to provide fairness, solvency, and fair market value opinions that have ultimately been disclosed to stakeholders. He has also advised clients regarding strategic alternatives, capital structure and liquidity, impact on earnings per share, and shareholder disputes. He has conducted assignments for mergers, acquisitions, buy-side advisory, corporate divestitures, joint ventures, licensing transactions, equity syndications, PIPEs, restructurings, and refinancing.

Hector is a southeast regional leader and national health sciences champion for our Fairness Opinion practice.

Previously, Hector was a senior vice president with an international investment banking firm where he provided fairness opinions and financial advisory services. Hector was responsible for integrating the national healthcare and life science financial advisory effort with the corporate finance practice.
