Saima is an M&A partner in Financial Advisory, leading Value Creation Services across the Middle East, covering M&A Integration & Separation, Operational and Commercial Advisory, Performance Improvement, and the Middle East FA Major Programmes offering which she founded in 2014.  

Saima specailises in supporting clients through complex multi-dimensional programmes, with a focus on driving a solution orientated approach, tailored to each unique situation.

The Value Creation Services team brings a broad spectrum of technical and sectoral expertise which Saima is at the heart of bringing together in seamless end- to end delivery. 

Saima has supported many regional and global clients on their Middle East portfolio's and takes a keen interest in bringing innovation and agility to our clients. A qualified Charted Accountant ACA (ICAEW) with a Transactions Services background, she has worked across the financial, operational, and commercial advisory spectrum both in the UK and across the Middle East.
