Yousef is a Partner in Deloitte’s Middle East Consulting Practice since 2008 and leads the Operations Transformation practice across the Middle East. Yousef is a licensed project manager and is considered the subject matter expert for the Middle East practice in leading large organization transformation programs across the public sector. Throughout Yousef’s career, he led numerous successful projects and programs in establishing and transforming the business operations of key ministries, influential authorities and councils in addition to the spin-off of various business units into fully operational companies across the Middle East.
