Andrea is a Director within Deloitte Consulting. She is a registered Organisational Psychologist and has an International MBA. She has 11 years experience in delivering change management programmes and helping clients drive business effectiveness through people and performance consulting within both the Private and Financial Services Sector.
Andrea has a deep interest in the future of work and the implications thereof for organisations, individuals and communities. She applies this lens to her current work. Her experience includes: Hybrid workforce strategies, organisation transformations, change management strategies, organisation design, agile ways of working and transformation leadership.
