Anne is a Director and Head of Reward Services in the Global Employee Services team in Deloitte Ireland LLP. She has over 20 years of combined Human Resource business strategy, total reward consulting and corporate experience. To support companies, optimise on their talent agenda, she advises on executive and employee remuneration trends, pay and incentive plan structure and design, Gender Pay Gap reporting, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies, pay regulation and governance. Anne has worked across a broad range of sectors including technology, financial services, healthcare and consumer.
Prior to joining Deloitte Anne worked in Intel and held senior leadership roles, as the Human Resource Director for Intel Ireland and as the Director of Total Rewards for Europe and Latin America where she demonstrated her strong ability to work within a global environment developing solutions to deliver change aligned with the company culture and objectives.
