Anthea is a director within Deloitte’s Real Assets Finance team and is our Social and Affordable Housing sector specialist. Anthea is currently working with a number of the Approved Housing Body Alliance members, Clonburris Infrastructure Limited, private sector investors with respect to Secure Tenancy Affordable Rental Investment Scheme (STAR) and First Home Scheme.
Prior to Deloitte, she spent over 15 years in financial services; 10 years of which was in corporate banking followed by 5 years experience spanning business unit start up, stakeholder engagement, project delivery and operational risk.
