As the Head of Operations Transformation at Deloitte, Ciaran is responsible for helping operations leaders to think through some of their most complex business challenges and in successfully transforming their operations.
He has over 20 years of local and international experience working in both industry and consulting and he currently provides consulting services to our Technology, Media and Telecom clients.
Ciaran partners with clients across both advisory and operate services to deliver transformational business change. He enjoys working with clients to design and lead large-scale programmes, design and implement new operating models and drive maximum value and efficiency from their business operations.
